The Religious Education program at St. John the Baptist/Holy Trinity is a fun, fabulous and family oriented faith formation program. Our program is interactive and educational, teaching the basics of Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition while incorporating current events, all while having fun while learning. We have a yearly Christmas play, open to all students in the program. We have fun, whole group retreats and workshops, where we learn about what is currently happening in the liturgical calendar and participate in community service projects, ministering to the homebound of our parish and to people in need in our community. We’ve had family dinners and end of the year picnics, building friendship and community for the families in our program.
We instill in the children a love of our Lord and a love for our holy Catholic Church, both at a parish level and at a universal level. We stress kindness, compassion, and service to others, living in the image of God, as we are called to do.
